Showa Retro Bubble/Hobnail Vase
Vintage Tajima Crystal piece from the late Showa Period (1970s~80s)
Tajima Crystal (renamed to Haruna Glass Co., Ltd. in 1987), was originally founded in 1903 in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture
Having introduced press-molding machinery in 1965, they began production of crystal glass in 1970
Mold marks can be seen on this piece where two sections of glass were pressed together
The glass is in a bright light blue colour, graduating down to clear
Sticker on base marked “Tajima Crystal”
