Vintage Itomaki with Two-Tone Metallic Orange Thread

  • Sourced from an antique shop near Kyoto’s Nishijin district, it was most likely used for Nishijin textile production

As these are spools and not originally made as stands, please note that the legs do not sit completely flush when placed upright. It stabilizes sufficiently once a heavier object is placed on top.
