  • Founded in 1919, Singama is known for its hand-painted Sometsuke (cobalt blue underglaze) pieces

  • The dish features a geometric Asa-no-ha (hemp-leaf) pattern, symbolising vitality, resilience and rapid growth

  • With its higher sides, this versatile dish can be used for sashimi, fruit, pickles, or even small servings with broth
